To secure your place please raise a purchase order.

Your place on the forthcoming Haag-Streit Academy course has now been reserved for a period of 30 days. Your details will be stored whilst we await the receipt of an official purchase order from your Trust/Employer.

Purchase orders should include the following information:

• full invoice address
• full delivery address
• official purchase order reference/number
• contact details of the delegate attending within the description
• the Haag-Streit Academy pro forma invoice reference you were sent when this reservation was made.
